Hum Cheem Peng aka Salted Bun


This was his favourite breakfast 
during our recent 3 weeks in Singapore.

His Godma suggested I make it for him in Aus and so I did.
The first attempt was a failure but the second was
a great improvement though the texture isn't quite the same.

Third time (whenever that's gonna be) lucky, hopefully!
