He's very safety conscious...
willing gets buckled up in his carseat,
only sits in the shopping trolleys with seatbelts in working condition
(Yes, he got into a trolley recently with a buckle only on one side
and insisted on changing trolleys) and
will look for his helmet before getting on his bicycle.
