It's been raining so much pretty everyday the past week
that we almost didn't pick up the courage to visit
this beautiful place.
The grounds were still a bit soggy, mind you...
fortunately there are concrete pathways built all around.
The water is supposedly the second cleanest in the world.
We came across the Rex Creek suspension bridge.
It started to rain again right before our walking tour
where we learned about the native trees and cultures.
We learned about a stinging tree called Milli Milli but probably
better known as Gympie Gympie.
We also got a go at aboriginal painting :)
Hugh hesitated for some time but all of a sudden decided
to try it when we were about to leave!
