Instead of the usual trick or treating in the streets

we took advantage of a halloween party hosted at

Black Belt Martial Arts.

Both Hugh and Isaac had a great 1 hour workout!

1st tooth fell out

After wobbling for more than a month,

his first tooth finally fell out at 2.33 pm today!

The kindy students had a water fight game in school today

and it turned out these two didn't have quite enough of it 

so they continued it at home.

the Egyptian theme back in April.

After tennis, we drove to Mingara for the Gem Show 

hosted by the Central Coast Lapidary Club

but it looked more like a flea market to me :)

Anyway, he had a great time!

Of course he took forever to choose his rocks...

After that we had sushi... of course! What else?

Alex is new tennis coach

Today begins a new term with a new coach 

while the centre changes its management.

The boys have been eagerly anticipating 

their end of the week xbox play time.

Here they were having a quick fried udon dinner

before returning to more gaming.

swimming is school sports this term

The KM boys join the KS class for swimming lessons at

Des Johns Swim Centre.

The kids take a 7 minute bus ride there.

On their first day, they get an assessment.

Today Hugh and Isaac start a more advance karate class

called Little Warriors.

I think he's perfected his wushu, don't you?

He's excited to return to school after the spring holidays...

labour day pool BBQ

As the picture shows the boys are finding it hard to get into the cold water.

The weather is glorious for a BBQ lunch by the pool though.

In fact it was warm enough for a Lifesaver :)

We went to Uncle Buzz's house to celebrate his birthday

It's that time of the year when we get the pool ready for summer!

He's been waking up between 9 and 9.30

during the spring holidays.

Hope he won't have to much trouble when term 4 starts!

fire & rescue movie day

Kasia took the boys to the movie at noon.

They obviously enjoyed it.

After that, they had lunch at the Atrium Foodcourt.

That was followed by a little play where they met Ben from school.

After about 3 hours of play, we had a small snack.
