he's got a present too... a very cool one indeed! Even though the recommended age written on the box is 4+ Hugh seems very capable of finding and pushing all the buttons on Buzz.

Daddy and Mummy celebrated their 5th wedding anniversary at Morton's Steakhouse after a movie (Iron Man 2). I spent all that time with Grandma and I was well-behaved....I swear!

Poor fella is having more trouble adjusting to GMT+8 this time around. Plus it's so humid here that he's constantly perspiring and "mang cang"

According to Daddy, Mummy will "get into trouble" if the boy is seen without a hat in sunny Australia! So she has to enforce the hat-wearing rule... starting from yesterday. The problem is.... try telling the boy that!

This was actually a triple celebration; Mother's Day, Sara's as well as Benny's birthday.

jetlagged

Hugh only managed 2 hours' sleep on the plane and was severely jetlagged this time. Arrival into Singapore was at 7.15am (which was 3.15am Dubai time). Both he and Mummy napped from 10am to 2pm and went to bed after dinner at 7.30pm but woke up 4 hours later.

Seen here at 1am is a wide-awake boy watching his cartoon!

We checked into Rydges Plaza hotel today after all out stuff were packed to be shipped off to Australia.

Dinner was at St. Andrew's Vistorian Snug - a place we've been to several times... and yes, so has the little one- and the waitress recognized Hugh from the Carrefour ad! At 20 months today, our boy's famous! She's the 3rd person. The 1st was our neighbour Sadah and the 2nd was our watchman Farooq.
