Hugh had a great time with Daddy, Mummy, Godma Ilka and Aunty Joanna at the Zenzabeel pool. However, he did drink a fair bit of water and Aunty Joanna claimed he almost drowned her.

Nonetheless, he had a wonderful time; especially here with daddy.

Hugh has been a little remiss with his tennis lessons , I hope it wont effect his career ;)

poor bub....

...was grumpy all day :( and we don't know if it's a teething thing or if he isn't well. The thermometer reads 36.5 so no fever.

He wasn't feeding well either; didn't finish his bottles each time they were given and only took a few spoonfuls of his cereal. Also didn't want his carrot and potato mash dinner but managed to finish 3 cubefuls of pears though.

Godma Ilka and Aunty Joanna came over for dinner and neither could cheer him up for long.

Feeding time is only fun when Hugh is allowed to do it himself. He gets really aggitated and won't sit still when Mummy or Daddy feeds him because he doesn't get to grab the spoon. With a biscuit is definitely more fun; he gets to dictate pace and make a mess!

Hugh is currently pre-occupied with bubbles , in the bath or the lounge a round of bubbles will brighten his darkest mood (usually)

sleeping thru when 1 nana leaves and the other arrives

The 1st time Hugh slept through the night was the night Nana left Dubai. Last night he slept from 10.30pm to 6.25am this morning! And yesterday Grandma arrived from Singapore.

Somebody slept from 10.40 last night till 6.55 this morning! Woo-hoo! Hence all the energy to play!

day of 2 first's

Hugh had his first bubble bath today and absolutely loved it though he might have swallowed some during the process :)

Then later in the evening, Mummy came home from work and discovered him crying while Daddy was vacuuming the floor (spilled something...otherwise, you wish!) so Mummy carried bub into the bedroom. Bub was left inside the cot so Mummy could change but as soon as she took 2 steps away from the cot, Hugh started to cry again, stretched out his arms and called "Mum mum mum mum!" Awwwwwwwwwwwww...

The walker gives Hugh lots of freedom... as you can see, it's something he's embracing pretty comfortably.

daddy's wrong

Ok, it's confirmed that daddy made a mistake with the "discovery" of the upper tooth. Oh well...

another brown car day :(

Poor Hugh was cranky again... not the usual cranky but the super cranky where nothing (except trying to stand up) would soothe him. Mummy sure picked the wrong day to write her articles as she could not concentrate at all.

Then at about 10.46pm, Daddy felt something sharp on the upper gum. A 3rd tooth broke through!!!!!!!!!!

Hugh had a blast kicking and splashing in the pool at Godma Ilka's place. Plus he had the look of determination whenever he was kicking away!

What does Hugh do on his 7-month old birthday morning?

Hugh has been pulling himself up (with our help of course) lately and he wouldn't settle for just pulling himself up to a sitting position. Instead he wants to stand straight away!

The 2nd tooth was discovered today. It is shorter than the 1st though but it's there, baby!
